How long does shipping take?
How long to get a custom machine made?
Because we have to design and then get your machine manufactured it can take 4-8 weeks depending on when the next container is due.
How will it be shipped?
You new Spacey machine will be shipped to the nearest depo for collection. It comes in a wooden crate to protect it. Shipping to some North Island depots is free. To the south island pricing can vary.
Does it have warrenty?
Yes of course, the machine comes with 12 month warranty. We used really high quality parts that will last 5-7 years before showing any signs on mechanically wear in a commercial environment.
If I have any technicals probelms what should I do?
The jax machine is very easy to set up, everything is loaded and ready to go. But if you do have any problems you can reach out to us on email or Whatsap anytime.
How big is it?
The actual unit size is 1.78m (H) X 75cm (L) X 72cm (W). It has locable castor wheels, so it moved around easily.
