Yo, Squire, what's the deal with warranties?
All of our products have a 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated), covering manufacturing faults. It does not cover trick shots gone wrong, wear and tear, spilled beers, or marks from a stripper's pointy shoes.
The product I want is out of stock. Can I still get it?
No worries — we've got new stock arriving all the time. Send us an email and we can give you an update on when it's back, and we may even be able to reserve one for you.
I can't see my town at the checkout. What do I do?
No dramas — send us your full delivery address on WhatsApp or email and we'll see if we can organise it direct to you.
Can you drop off my order and set it up for me?
We deliver to the nearest depot in your town or city — check out our deliveries page for all the details. If you'd like it delivered to your house or business, we may be able to arrange that: send us an email with your address and we'll give you a quote. We don't do installations though — all our products are designed to be set up by you quickly and easily, and if you ever get stuck, we're always here to help.
I need a quote for my business or organisation.
Easy. Email us what you're after, the quantities and the full delivery address, and we'll send a proper quote with a GST invoice. Bulk orders looked after.
