The Ultimate Man Cave is incredibly responsive to deal with. They answered all my questions before buying. The process of picking up the arcade was easy and fast. And setting up was simple. I did have a couple of questions, and Gareth made a video instruction for me to help me understand how to change a setting. Highly recommended.
Awesome arcade machine.
We ordered four arcade units for a giveaway for a promotion. The design process was fast and very smooth. The concept art was perfect, matching our brand. They took 8 weeks to be delivered from when we starting the design, which was explained as the time frame for custom units. Everyone was really impressed. We will be back next year for our next promotion. Thank you.
Honestly this is 5 stars. It looks amazing. Its solid, and professional looking. The graphics make it the centre piece in the man cave.
