Refunds and Returns

This Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy explains the procedures and guidelines for canceling orders, requesting refunds, and initiating returns. Please read the following information carefully.
Shipped Items: If your item has already been shipped and you wish to cancel your order, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process. Once the item has been returned to us and inspected, a refund will be issued, excluding the cost of return shipping.
Prepared Items: If your item has not yet been shipped but has been prepared for shipping, a restocking fee of $25 may be applied if you decide to cancel the order. Please contact our customer support team promptly to discuss the cancellation and restocking fee.
Processing Items: If your item is still in the processing stage and has not been shipped, you can cancel your order without incurring any cancellation fees. Please reach out to our customer support team immediately to request the cancellation.
We offer a 14-day refund policy for all products. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- The buyer must arrange for the item to be returned to the designated pickup location for inspection before a refund can be issued.
- The refund will be issued in the same method of payment used for the purchase.
- Please note that the refunded amount may take 10-14 days to be processed by the credit card company.
Please be aware that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the buyer must arrange for the item to be returned to us before a refund can be issued.
All of our products are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act and come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover wear and tear or misuse of the products.
