This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery process for gaming tables purchased through our website. Please carefully read the following information to understand our shipping procedures.
Shipping Method and Delivery Location:
Unless otherwise specified, all items will be delivered to the PBT depot nearest to your location. Please note that we are unable to deliver to residential addresses due to carrier we use and their regulations governed by OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) guidelines. However, customers have the option to arrange delivery from the depot directly with PBT and their suggested service option or pick up their order themselves. Delivery direct with PBT is not included in our delivery fee. Our fee only covers from the Ultimate Man Cave warehouse to the PBT depo.
Shipping Timeframe:
Once payment is received, we strive to ship all gaming tables within 2-3 business days. Delivery to the PBT depot nearest to you is estimated to take an additional 2 days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect the delivery timeframe. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations..

Tracking:
Once your gaming table has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Once your table has arrived and is available, you will receive a phone call on the number you have supplied during checkout.
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information during the checkout process to avoid any delays or issues with your shipment.
We recommend thoroughly inspecting your gaming table for damage to the carton before signing and reporting any damages or discrepancies to our customer support team within 48 hours. Once you have signed for the item we cannot hold the courier liable.
