How long will it take to get to me?
Usually 2–4 days from the order date, depending on where you are. Small items generally go out on the courier the same or next day. We’ll send you a tracking link once your order leaves us.
If you need something urgently, get in touch before you order and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Do I need a truck to pick it up?
No. Everything we sell fits on a standard 8×4 trailer, and the depot staff will load it onto your vehicle for you. Bring a mate for the unload at the other end — a slate table is heavy, but it comes apart into crates you can handle between two people.
Can you deliver to my house or business?
In Auckland and Christchurch, yes, definitely. It is quoted separately from the order, so send us an email with your full address and we will come back to you with a price.
Anywhere else in New Zealand, send us a message with your address and the product you are after, and we will work out a price for you. We can’t deliver to rural (RD) addresses.
Can you deliver to a rural (RD) address?
No, we can’t deliver to rural delivery addresses. Send us your full address on WhatsApp or email and we’ll work out the nearest depot that suits you.
My town isn’t on the depot list. What now?
The depots cover the main centres, and most people are within a reasonable drive of one. If none of them work for you, send us your full delivery address and we’ll see whether we can organise something direct.
How do I pay, and when is freight charged?
Visa or Mastercard (debit or credit), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Afterpay is available at checkout. Freight is calculated and shown to you at checkout before you pay, so you know the total before you commit.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. Send us an email or message us on WhatsApp, and we’ll reach out to you so we can do the order over the phone.
