South Island Pool Table Delivery
We deliver to the South Island too. South Island delivery rates vary by location — check our delivery pricing page for exact costs to your area. South Island delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Lead Times — When Will My Table Arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Once dispatched:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 3–5 business days
How Pool Tables Are Delivered
All pool tables are delivered flat-packed in clearly labelled boxes. What to expect on delivery day:
- Our courier will contact you with a delivery window
- Tables are typically delivered to your door or garage entrance
- For slate tables, note the boxes are heavy — have help available
- You’ll need to assemble the table yourself (instructions included)
Assembly Time
Once your table arrives, assembly time is:
- MDF tables (Viper): 1–2 hours with two people
- Slate tables (Boston, Vegas): 3–4 hours with two people
No special tools required — just a spanner and a screwdriver.
Slate Pool Table Delivery — Special Notes
Slate pool tables are significantly heavier than MDF tables — the slate itself can weigh 80–150kg. Keep this in mind:
- Have 2–3 people available to help carry and position the boxes
- Clear your path from the street to where the table will be assembled
- Measure any doorways or tight corners the table will need to pass through
